My stay at The Reef Playacar Beach Resort & Spa left me feeling quite disappointed. The highlight was the stunning beach and friendly staff, but the dining options were subpar and the room conditions were less than desirable. It seems like they might have cut back on service and amenities compared to previous visits, which was a letdown.
